Asian American Arts Performing Theatre
Asian American Arts Performing Theatre, a nonprofit organization, was founded by a group of young dancers in Seattle under well-known artistic director Hengda Li. Its mission is to interchange art and culture between America and China, while promoting the appeal for all Chinese performing art and traditions around the world. Asian American Arts Performing Theatre has put up many theatre performances around the U.S., more specifically in the Pacific Northwest. They have partnered with many local businesses and traveled to places like Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong to put up many large-scale shows including the very famous “China in Dance” series.

Asian Cultural Association of Central Florida, Inc.
The Asian Cultural Association of Central Florida, Inc. aims to preserve the traditional performing arts culture of Asia and more specifically, India. They work to increase awareness of these cultural traditions to foster a deeper appreciation among both Asian and non-Asian populations in the Western hemisphere of the world. The ACA has an education program where they’ve partnered with Vistiny Learning Center to offer master workshops and provide North Indian dance classes. They also put up an annual South Asian Film Festival with the Enzian Theatre along with 3-7 performances of music and dance from India. Instruments like the Mrudangam, Sitar, etc., and dance forms such as Kathak, Bharatnatyam, etc. are featured.

Silk Road Rising
Silk Road Rising is an organization centered around Asian service and creation through art with an emphasis on Middle-Eastern and Muslim experiences as well. Through the plethora of digital media, live theatre, and education they have provided, they have combated barriers to Asian representation in the media and many narratives. They hope to change outlooks and beliefs through conversation and policy change with the work they do in order to shine a light on the untold stories of many Asian populations. They have had many theatre productions including their EPIC showcase in January of 2020, video plays on polyculturalism, education initiatives, and even advocated through a Middle Eastern American Theatre Bill of Rights.

Asian American Arts Alliance
The Asian American Arts Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a higher level of equality, representation, and opportunities for Asian American artists and culture. They have a strong belief in community building and group work, which is why they’ve helped to unify many Asian cultural producers and artists in the New York City area. Some of the groups they’ve helped to bring together include the Asian American Arts Centre, H.T. Dance Center, Music from China, Pan Asian Repertory Theatre, and much more. Additionally, they provide many theatres, music, and dance fellowships to talented Asian American artists in the New York City area including the Van Lier, and Jadin Wong fellowships.
